About Carlsbad Boot Camp For Women...

What is the Carlsbad Adventure Boot Camp for Women?
A four week outdoor program of fitness instruction, motivational training and nutritional information. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Boot Camp Trainer, Gayle Agg.  Each day, camp will be one hour in length.

Where is the location we meet?
The Carlsbad Adventure Boot Camp meets at various locations in Carlsbad and South Oceanside.  Rain or shine we meet!. Please click here to view exact Boot Camp details. Camps are held outdoors. 

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, medicine ball training, Kick Boxing, Pilates mat exercises, surprises and more! This technique was developed by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.

How often will we meet?
There are five classes scheduled per week. Depending on the program you choose, we will meet either 3 or 5 days per week for 4 weeks. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts promptly at the designated times..

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle, running shoes, a resistance ball (optional) and a sense of adventure. 

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence, making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your glutes and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. Plus, you'll receive a FREE Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt and earn your Adventure Boot Camp Dog Tags.

What is the cost?
Consider it an investment in yourself. Choose one of these plans: 5-Day per Week for $199 or 3-Day per Week for $125. The average cost per class is $10. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Note: Greater results occur when you enroll in the 5-Day per Week program. We know this from years of experience.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
